Project designed and completed while working as Project Architect for Coco & Company Architects. This project is included to show past experience with large scale commercial projects.

This 21,000 s.f. building includes business, assembly, factory, and storage occupancies, all functions required to maintain the rail line approaching and crossing the Huey P. Long Bridge. The previous administration building, built in the 1920’s was demolished to make way for the bridge widening. Historic elements of the 1920’s building such as the cast stone entry were incorporated into the design of the new building. The building sits between the existing rail line and the Earhart Expressway.
